Shipping Policy

RUDRAMRIT ships orders across India through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services only.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending upon the customer’s location, courier partner availability, public holidays, natural disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, RUDRAMRIT shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues or delays.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details and shipping confirmation may be shared through the registered email address and/or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.
In case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason approved under our Refund & Return Policy, RUDRAMRIT reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund amount.
Any shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the refund request is approved due to delivery of damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-genuine products verified by RUDRAMRIT.
