RUDRAMRIT deals only in genuine Rudraksha, spiritual products, and authentic crystal items. Due to the spiritual and sensitive nature of these products, we generally do not offer return, exchange, or refund once a product has been delivered, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
Customers may request a return, replacement, or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:
(i) The product received is damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect due to shipping; or (ii) The customer is able to provide valid proof that the delivered product is fake, non-genuine, or not authentic.
To become eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange:
The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The customer must provide proper photo or video proof supporting the claim.
The product should be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging wherever applicable.
RUDRAMRIT reserves the right to inspect and verify all return, replacement, or exchange requests. Any request will only be approved after successful verification and quality inspection by our team.
No return, replacement, exchange, or refund request shall be accepted due to personal dislike, change of mind, spiritual expectations, or mismatch of expectations after delivery of the product.
Products purchased during sale offers, special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item received is damaged, defective, or proven to be non-genuine.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the request. If approved, the replacement, exchange, or refund process will be initiated as per our applicable policies.
