This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed, shipped, or are out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
RUDRAMRIT deals only in genuine Rudraksha, spiritual products, and authentic crystal items. Due to the spiritual and sensitive nature of these products, RUDRAMRIT does not accept return or refund requests once the product has been delivered, except under specific conditions mentioned herein.
In case of receipt of damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receipt of the product along with proper photo or video proof. The request would be entertained once the seller / merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end.
In case you feel that the product delivered to you is fake, non-genuine, or not authentic, you must bring the same to the notice of our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product along with valid supporting proof. The customer service team, after verification and investigation of the claim, will take an appropriate decision.
Return, replacement, or refund will only be approved if RUDRAMRIT finds the claim to be genuine and valid after proper verification. No return or refund request shall be accepted merely based on personal dislike, change of mind, or expectation mismatch after delivery of the product.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.
In case of any refunds approved by RUDRAMRIT, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
