• Rudramrit offers refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they remain in their original condition and are not energized, damaged, manipulated, or altered in any visible manner.
• Premium Energization (Prana Pratistha) orders are non-returnable due to individual or family-specific energization.
• Refunds undergo thorough examination and may take up to 3 months for processing. Approved refund under the refund policy post approval will be reimbursed within 10-15 Business working days.
• Our buy back guarantee is applicable for a lifetime if the Rudraksha is proven unauthentic through a verified lab, ensuring your peace of mind and trust in our products. Customers bear the cost of verification & Mandatory Unboxing Video for Refund & Buyback Claims.
• Additionally, any customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Policy:

• All sales made by Rudramrit are final, whether through our website, in-store, or via a sales representative.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged goods during shipping or in case of a shipment error, provided customers notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
• Returns are subject to a 20% service fee, and customers are responsible for payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.
• Return requests are reviewed within 30 days of sale, and exceptions can be made based on mutual agreement between Rudramrit and the client.

Refund Policy Conditions:

• In the rare event that items sold by Rudramrit are proven unauthentic by a verified third-party lab, customers are eligible for a 100% refund. However, customers are responsible for covering lab inspection fees.
• If an item is lost during delivery, Rudramrit will issue a 100% refund, except in cases of damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances.
• In instances where there is a delay of more than 20 days in order processing, Rudramrit will provide a full refund to the customer, unless the delay is communicated to the customer or Rudramrit was unaware of the purchase.

• Refund requests will be reviewed and potentially accepted within 7 Days of the order date.
• Additionally, to process a refund, the product must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original or Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

  We highly recommend allowing us to manage and arrange the reverse courier of items. If you choose to send the parcel yourself and it gets stolen, misplaced, or lost in transit, Rudramrit will not be held liable. We encourage you to request our team to arrange for reverse pickup of your parcel so we can arrange the appropriate documents and coordinate for safe delivery. Please note that the return charges will be borne by you.
